Each module is filled with real-world tools, clear explanations, and therapist-friendly templates to save you time and stress.

You don’t need a business degree to succeed, just the right structure, guidance, and support to make your work sustainable, ethical, and profitable.

Course Syllabus

1. Laying the Foundations: Practicalities of Setting Up Your Business

Covers registering as self-employed, choosing a business name, essential documentation (risk assessments, client forms), insurance, tax basics, and legal considerations.

2. Shout About Your Business: Marketing Essentials for Massage Therapists

Explores branding, setting up social media profiles, designing flyers and business cards, creating a Google Business profile, and understanding basic SEO.

3. Finding and Keeping Clients: Building a Thriving Client Base

Focuses on client retention, referral strategies, loyalty programs, local networking, and managing client expectations.

4. Money Matters: Pricing, Budgeting & Getting Paid

Includes setting your prices, understanding your value, managing expenses, invoicing, payment systems, and basic bookkeeping.

5. Working Smart: Time Management & Business Boundaries

Time-blocking, avoiding burnout, balancing work and admin, managing cancellations and boundaries with clients.

6. Growing with Confidence: Future-Proofing Your Practice

Introduces business growth strategies such as adding new services, CPD, collaborating with other professionals, and setting long-term goals.
