Here we share the anatomy of the core and how working on the frontline of fascia can help to open up and restore postural and emotional balance.

Healthy posture is achieved when the diaphragm sits parallel above the pelvic floor. When we are stressed our posture all too often becomes imbalanced, curving in and tilting can occur and become compounded. Here we discuss the importance of strengthening and realigning the core and really opening back up and allowing deeper breathing through the diaphragm.

The muscles that are involved in causing this curved dysfunction are extremely powerful and hold so much emotional content for us. They are holding onto our emotional state. The work we are doing is opening up the posture, restoring balance and alignment so taking the time to make your client feel heard and breathe more deeply can be incredibly powerful.

We often shy away from the frontline of fascia, core area, although with plenty of communication with clients it can be extremely beneficial and powerful work.
