We challenged Tamara, Tutor at the Cotswold Academy and Sports Therapist and Aromatherapist, to design the ultimate blend to melt away the tension held in the body by stress and the feelings of overwhelm and anxiety caused by stress.

To combat stress and promote well-being, the combination of Ho Leaf, Sandalwood, and Lime essential oils emerges gives the ultimate 'zen blend'! This unique blend not only captivates the senses with its rich and balancing aroma but also holds powerful properties that can ease tension and induce a profound sense of peace.

Ho Leaf essential oil brings a sense of tranquillity to the blend. Renowned for its calming and soothing properties, Ho Leaf oil acts as a gentle guardian against stress. Its subtle floral and sweet aroma can help alleviate anxiety, quiet the mind, and foster a serene atmosphere.
