I am fascinated by the way the human body adapts to change because of dysfunction - it is truly amazing. Stress, injury, poor posture and the strains of everyday life can take a heavy toll on our physical wellbeing. The body copes brilliantly, until, one day it doesn't any more and we feel stiff, sore, unable to move properly without pain or discomfort.

By using remedial massage therapy, together we can improve, release and resolve your pain and set you on the road to a healthier, more comfortable life.

I am qualified in Massage for Complementary Therapies (ITEC level 3), Sports Massage Therapy (ITEC level 3 & 4) - which includes Anatomy and Physiology, Principles of Health and Fitness, Subjective and Objective Assessment, Soft Tissue Repair, and Techniques to Prevent and Manage Injury. Also, I hold a BTEC level 2 First Person on Scene First Aid Certificate and am a member of The Complementary Therapists Association.

Running Fitness:

I've been running for fun and fitness for over 30 years. I have

taken part in many events from flat 5Km fun-runs, to challenging 7km/10 km/9 & 10 mile races/half marathons, off road, on road, in every season of the year; some with more success than others.

I love Running Fitness, and took a Coach qualification with England Athletics over 9 years ago, which enabled me to understand the physiology of running, nutritional balance, performance factors, focus and ability. Since then I have been involved in leading small groups, training individuals, and planning and organising small race events.

Through years of monitoring my own running experience, studying the guru's and helping others, I have discovered that running really works. It gives you health, peace and is an immense resource for happiness.
