I came to the Academy to study Sports and Remedial Massage with Chris Phillips having left a career as a Solicitor.  I identified with Chris’s background. From the moment I walked into the Academy on the first day, I knew I had made the right choice.  There are many courses out there to choose from and I research loads, but found that the Academy offered the approach that I was looking for.  Chris is a great tutor and a great guy.  He is very knowledgeable and wants to share that knowledge with the students.  Chris’s method of teaching is relaxed yet informative, he has some innovative ways of helping you to learn anatomy which stay with you long after the course.  Since graduating from the Academy I have worked with Rugby at Championship level, elite runners, elite triathletes and elite mountain bikers, and also used my skills learned on the course to benefit many members of the general public.  I travelled from Plymouth for the course and it has been one of the best experiences of my life giving me skills that can alleviate pain in many people, thanks to Chris and the staff at the Academy.
