This part time course will enable students to provide professional waxing for their clients in either their own clinic or in employment at Beauty Salons or Spas.

Course content includes:

• Application and removal of techniques of both warm and hot wax
• Waxing different areas of the face and body
• Client consultation
• Contraindications to treatment
• Knowledge of equipment, products and tools
• Related anatomy and physiology
• Health and hygiene
• Aftercare advice – specific aftercare advice and prevention of in growing hairs

Each session is divided into theory and practical application. Case studies are also required to be completed for this ITEC Record of Achievement certificate.

Course Duration:  2 days 9.30am to 4.00pm & 2 exam days

Course Dates: June 12th & 13th or September 18th & 19th

Entrance Requirements: No previous experience necessary however this qualifiction can be used towards gaining your Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Specialist.

Course Cost: £395.00 (includes ITEC registration fees, exam fees and full Waxing kit)
